River City Regulators
Davis, CA

River City Regulators is a SASS-affiliated cowboy action shooting club. We shoot five stages and use "rank point" scoring. The range has fun building facades like a jail, cantina and dock.

RCR has renewed the tradition of including a pocket pistol on at least two stages at monthly matches. It will generally be shot two rounds per stage.

A pocket pistol is generally NOT a "P" model Colt. Barrel to be 3" or less. Can be a revolver (single or double action) or over/under derringer type. Of course must be early type (pre 1900).

A Shooter Safety Course and practice shoot will be held every first Saturday of even months, prior to our Sunday monthly match from 9:30am until noon, right after set-up. Range fee for the practice shoot will be $10. New or inexperienced shooters are strongly encouraged to participate.
